Coordinate factory deliveries, preparation stock and the next replenishment shipment.
Prepare before the goods leave China
Receiving, agreed inspections, labeling, bags and bundles can be planned near the supplier. The work brief should match the product and the current shipment instructions, with exceptions held for approval before release.
Separate storage from replenishment
A China-based stock pool can be allocated to different replenishment batches. Quantities, packaging and destinations should be specified for each batch so the warehouse prepares what the next shipment requires.
Connect preparation with onward transport
Review the carton profile, cargo readiness, destination and delivery requirements together. Preparation and freight are connected tasks, but each stage needs its own scope, responsibilities and confirmed instructions.
