A place for factory deliveries, organized stock and the next stage of your fulfillment plan.
Overview
fulfillmentyx brings incoming goods into a China-based warehouse workflow. Receiving starts with the purchase order, packing list and SKU information, so the team can compare what arrives with what was expected.
Stock is organized by SKU and storage location. Inventory records, stock checks and discrepancy reports give your team a clearer view of goods available for customer orders, FBA replenishment or wholesale shipments.
Storage and handling are planned around the products, their packaging and the way orders leave the warehouse. Share the number of SKUs, expected stock volume and replenishment pattern so the operating scope and quotation can be agreed before goods arrive.
What the service includes
- Inbound receiving — Count incoming cartons and units against the supplied documents, with photos and exception reporting where requested.
- SKU and location control — Keep product variants and storage locations identifiable for picking, replenishment and stock checks.
- Inventory checks — Use stock counts and discrepancy investigation to compare physical goods with warehouse records.
- Stock reporting — Review inventory and warehouse movement reports alongside your sales and replenishment plans.
How the workflow runs
- Prepare the inbound: Send the SKU list, carton details, quantities and expected delivery information.
- Receive and record: Check the arriving goods and report differences for instructions.
- Store and manage: Put stock into assigned locations and maintain inventory records.
- Release for the next step: Allocate goods to fulfillment, preparation or an outbound shipment.
Frequently asked questions
Can goods arrive from more than one supplier?
Multiple supplier deliveries can be organized into a receiving plan. Provide a separate packing list and purchase-order reference for each supplier so the warehouse can identify the goods and report any differences.
What information is needed to plan storage?
Start with the product type, SKU count, carton dimensions, expected stock volume and stock turnover. Include any handling or storage requirements so they can be reviewed before receiving.
How is warehousing quoted?
A quotation needs the storage profile and the work required around it. Receiving, storage, picking, packaging, additional handling and outbound transport should be itemized in the agreed scope.
