Bring deliveries from different factories into a single, organized outbound plan.
Overview
Orders from several suppliers can arrive on different dates, in different cartons and with different paperwork. A consolidation plan brings those deliveries together so quantities, product identities and outstanding items can be checked before the outbound shipment.
Before goods arrive, fulfillmentyx can confirm expected delivery dates with suppliers and coordinate updates when a factory delivery changes. Receiving information, purchase-order checks and warehouse preparation are organized around the agreed plan. Where an inbound problem is found, the issue can be reported to the customer and supplier while the goods are still in China.
Consolidated stock can be prepared for a wholesale shipment, FBA replenishment or separate customer orders. The plan should state which deliveries must travel together, which can leave separately and who approves changes.
What the service includes
- Multi-supplier receiving — Give each factory delivery its own reference while bringing the goods into one warehouse plan.
- Purchase-order checks — Compare received quantities and product details with the customer's supplied records.
- Exception coordination — Document shortages, visible damage or packaging differences for a decision before onward shipping.
- Consolidate or split — Combine goods for a shipment or prepare separate batches for different destinations.
How the workflow runs
- Map the suppliers: List suppliers, products, expected quantities and planned delivery dates.
- Receive and reconcile: Identify arriving goods and compare them with the receiving plan.
- Complete the preparation: Carry out agreed labeling, packaging or carton work.
- Approve the outbound plan: Confirm the goods, destinations and documents before release.
Frequently asked questions
Can one purchase be split between different destinations?
A batch can be organized into separate outbound allocations. Provide the products, quantities, packaging and destination instructions for each allocation so the warehouse can plan the work.
What happens if a supplier delivers the wrong quantity?
The receiving difference should be recorded and reported for instructions. The customer can then decide with the supplier whether to replace the goods, adjust the shipment or release the accepted quantity.
Do you collect from every factory location?
Collection availability depends on the origin, goods and receiving arrangement. Share the factory address and cargo details so a collection or delivery plan can be reviewed.
