A correct product label does not finish the shipment
FBA replenishment can involve product preparation, carton allocation and a separate pallet or delivery brief. fulfillmentyx asks sellers to keep those instructions connected when stock is prepared in China.
The seller-approved shipment plan identifies the current destination and required labels. When the plan changes, the preparation and freight records need to be reviewed before cartons are released. An old label file should not remain in use because part of the stock was packed earlier.
Keep the carton allocation visible
A useful release record links the SKU quantities to the carton and shipment references. Palletized loads also need the agreed stacking, protection and handling instructions. The team can then check the prepared goods against the same version used for the booking.
Split destinations require separate allocations and clear physical identification. The warehouse should have an instruction for a carton that cannot be reconciled rather than choosing a destination from similar-looking labels.
Confirm the delivery leg separately
The onward plan should identify the destination receiving arrangement and who coordinates any required booking or appointment. Preparation work in China cannot establish that the destination will accept a shipment under every circumstance.
